The one bad thing about walking long distance in the nice warm weather.
I suffer real bad with heat rash round my ankles.
Its hot and very itchy.

One night this week we slept in a reed house,with a reed bed ,on a floating reed island . . . . It was bloody freezing :-)

Yesterday we did a mega day trek . 25km walked and reaching altitudes of 4300m. Coming from the flatlands of norfolk this was an amazing trek for me. Took some fantastic photos but you will have to wait to see them . Our guide told us we could easily do the inca trail in 2 days and not the 4 day trek we are booked on .

Inka Massage
A massage here is very cheap compared to england , At around £10 for an hour . So i hope to have a few while here. We had one last night and i made a big mistake by say i wanted a firm massage . It was like being tortured but i am sure it did me some good . The real funny thing was hearing geoff snoring away as i thought howcan he sleep through so much pain :-) The massage did include some hot stone massage which was wonderful so
